Hi, I’m Craig Coates, a problem-solver at heart with a diverse background spanning IT, physics, and hands-on experience in the Royal Navy. With a degree in Astrophysics, I’ve always been drawn to logic, systems, and the challenge of making things work efficiently. I’ve spent years honing my expertise in computer programming, website development, and IT management, helping businesses streamline their operations and make the most of technology.
Beyond tech, I’ve had a varied and adventurous career. I spent a year in Australia as a visiting researcher, pushing the boundaries of knowledge, and before that, I served in the Royal Navy in my twenties—an experience that shaped my resilience, adaptability, and leadership. Now, my focus is on property investment, starting with rent-to-rent strategies and moving toward buy-to-let and refurbishment projects to achieve financial freedom.
I live with my partner in East Grinstead, and when I’m not working, you’ll likely find me outdoors. I’m a keen hiker and take part in charity marathon hikes and cycling events each year.
